Disney has officially released the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival menus, and considering how long we waited for these things, I was beginning to wonder if Disney expected us to show up next week and just start guessing.

The festival begins August 27, which means we now have less than two weeks to study the menus, make our lists, change our lists, argue with ourselves about our lists and ultimately order way too much food.

Basically, we’re ready.

The Menus Are Finally Here

Disney’s official Foodie Guide gives us the full lineup of food and beverages coming to this year’s Global Marketplaces, along with specialty offerings around EPCOT.

And there are quite a few things that immediately caught my attention.

Some returning favorites are back, while Disney has also added plenty of new dishes that could become this year’s must-tries.

But There’s a Catch

Here’s the part that may have some Food & Wine fans scratching their heads.

Not every festival offering will be available when the festival opens on August 27.

Disney is staggering the opening of some of the Global Marketplace offerings.

Which means you could show up on opening day with your carefully researched Food & Wine checklist, only to discover that some of the things on it aren’t actually available yet.

Because apparently making a spreadsheet wasn’t enough of a challenge.

Gyozas of the Galaxy Has My Attention

One of the new offerings coming to Gyozas of the Galaxy is the Street Corn-style Dumplings.

The dish features chicken dumplings with tomatillo salsa verde, street corn salad, cotija cheese, lime crema and cilantro.

And honestly?

That sounds like exactly the kind of ridiculous little EPCOT creation I want to try.

It’s a dumpling.

It’s street corn.

It’s covered in cheese and crema.

Someone at Disney clearly decided that subtlety was overrated.

Australia Is Bringing a Shrimp Skewer

If you know me, you know I’m always going to notice when shrimp shows up on a Disney menu.

Australia is serving a grilled bushberry-spiced shrimp skewer with sweet-and-sour vegetables and coconut-chili sauce.

That combination sounds like it could be a serious contender for one of my first festival stops.

And yes, I’m already making room for it.

The Alps Are Bringing the Dessert

Then we have the Kirschwasser Torte at The Alps.

It’s a cherry-brandy dessert featuring buttercream, fondant, sugared almonds and cherry compote.

I’m not saying you should eat dessert before dinner.

I’m just saying nobody at EPCOT is going to stop you.

There Are Plenty of Returning Favorites

Of course, Food & Wine isn’t just about the new stuff.

Part of the fun is seeing which familiar dishes make their way back onto the menus.

Those returning favorites are often the items longtime festival fans immediately start looking for when the menus drop.

Because once you’ve found something you love at Food & Wine, you don’t forget it.

You wait.

You hope.

And then you celebrate when Disney brings it back.

Emile’s Fromage Montage Is Back

Cheese lovers, your annual mission continues.

Emile’s Fromage Montage is returning for 2026, giving guests a chance to sample a selection of cheesy creations throughout the festival.

Complete the challenge and you’ll get the reward that makes every bite of cheese feel even more justified.

Not that we needed an excuse.

And Then There’s the Giant Question: What Is Actually Worth Eating?

This is where the menus get interesting.

There are a lot of choices.

And unless you’re planning to spend your entire vacation walking around EPCOT eating one tiny plate at a time—and honestly, I wouldn’t judge you—you’re going to have to pick and choose.

That’s why I don’t think the best Food & Wine strategy is trying to eat everything.

Instead, look at the menu before you go and figure out which dishes genuinely sound good to you.

Then leave some room for the spontaneous “Oh, that looks good” decisions.

Those are frequently the dangerous ones.

When Does the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival Start?

The 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival runs from August 27 through November 21.

Admission to the festival is included with valid EPCOT admission, although food, beverages, merchandise and special experiences cost extra.

And if you’re visiting early in the festival, pay attention to the individual menu availability dates.

Because that carefully planned food crawl might need a little adjusting.

My Early Picks

I’m going to need to spend some serious time with these menus before I declare my official must-eats.

But the Street Corn-style Dumplings and the Australia shrimp skewer have already made their way onto my mental list.

And that’s before we’ve even started talking about all the desserts.

This is going to be a problem.

Get Your Foodie Checklist Ready

The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is almost here, and now we finally know what we’re eating.

Well…

We know what we’re planning to eat.

Whether our stomachs, wallets and questionable decision-making skills cooperate is another story.

The menus are out.

The festival starts August 27.

And I’m officially ready to start planning my lap around World Showcase.

Let the snacking begin.
